To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation

regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms as follows:

・Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are away from Guest rooms.

・Please refrain from charging portable electronic devices from a mobile battery or using the power outlets in Guest rooms in the following locations:

Places exposed to direct sunlight such as near windows, and on flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains

・While charging, please use the device in a location where you can always check the status yourself in case of any problems.

・Do not use a mobile battery that is damaged, swollen, or generating abnormal heat.

Please note that if any of the above situations are observed during room cleaning, our staff may

relocate the mobile battery or stop its charging for safety reasons.

Please be aware of this in advance.
